Get your first look at the indie short Stay In, which will be premiering at Dances With Films on Saturday, January 17th.

From writer Amy Eisinger and director Michael Buran, the team behind the award-winning short film, The Widower, comes an original horror about a recluse haunted by a gruesome secret from years past that has kept him from going outside after midnight.

The film stars Cassidy Layton (Severance) and Anthony Gaudioso (What Josiah Saw), whose nuanced and unflinching performances bring deep emotional weight to the narrative.

It’s a story about the traumas that haunt us, and the inability to escape our past—whether through repentance or revenge. It explores how superstitions become beliefs; beliefs become actions; and actions can lead to unfathomable, catastrophic consequences.
